Return and Exchange Policy

Return and exchange includes all products of the electronic store company.

All our products are subject to the return and exchange policy without exception according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.

Return or exchange is possible if the product is in the same original condition when purchased and is wrapped in the original packaging and has never been used or opened.

The return request is made within three (3) days from the date of receipt and no request will be considered after the expiration of the period.

In case of a return or exchange request, please photograph the product and send it via email and specify the city, address and order number

The product will be replaced with another one free of charge if the product is defective or has a manufacturing defect or does not work as agreed upon in the product advertisement and product page

The amount will be refunded to the customer in full if the product he received is completely different from the product description on the product page on our website or in our advertisement and we are not responsible for any expectations of the customer's use of the products that we did not mention on the product display page

The amount will be refunded and 30 percent or a value of no less than 60 riyals will be deducted if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or any problem mentioned

The refund of amounts is done by transferring the financial value to the customer's bank account after sending it to us via email
